Annual membership (other than Life membership) of MMS is for a period of one (1) calendar year, from 1st January to 31st December of that year.
An entrance fee of SGD10 is applicable along with annual subscription fee of SGD30.
Junior membership annual subscription fee of SGD15.
Please fill the membership form below and make full payment. If all particulars are found ok, we will review the form and approve your membership. If you pay online using paypal, credit or debit card, your membership will be approved instantly.
If you are a Singapore resident at the time of application, please choose Ordinary Membership. If you reside outside Singapore, we request you to choose Associate Membership. Associate members have all the benefits except for attending General Meetings, voting and contesting MMS committee elections.
Membership renewal fee of SGD30 is payable by all members (excluding Life members) on 1st January of each new year.

Reminders are sent periodically to your registered email for renewal of membership.
You have a grace period of 45 Days (until 14 Feb) to renew your membership by paying subscription fee of SGD30. Membership benefits are only available if fees for the current year are paid.
If you fail to renew your membership within three (3) months of it being due (till 31st March), your membership shall lapse. You will have to apply for new membership and pay entrance fee of SGD10 in addition to the SGD30 annual subscription fees.
