• Child Singles Late-registration – $15.00
  Late registration for Child Singles.
  Ticket price is for child of one MMS member with 2015 annual membership fee paid.
  If at least one of the child’s person is not 2015 annual fee paid MMS member, he/she must complete the due membership payments before the tournament day.
  For booking this ticket, the Member parent should register on behalf of the child and fill up Child Name in the form at the last field.
• Child Singles Pre-registration – $10.00
  Early registration for Child Singles.
  Ticket price is for child of one MMS member with 2015 annual membership fee paid.

  Late registration for Ladies Doubles. Ticket price is for a team of two MMS members with 2015 annual membership fee paid.
  If any of the registered team is not 2015 annual fee paid MMS member, she must complete the due membership payments before the tournament.
• Ladies Doubles Pre-registration – $20.00
  Early registration for Ladies Doubles. Ticket price is for a team of two MMS members with 2015 annual membership fee paid.
  If any of the registered team is not 2015 annual fee paid MMS member, she must complete the due membership payments before the tournament day.
• Ladies Singles Late-registration – $15.00
  Late registration for Ladies Singles.
  Ticket price is for one MMS member with 2015 annual membership fee paid.
  If the registered person is not 2015 annual fee paid MMS member, she must complete the due membership payments before the tournament.
• Ladies Singles Pre-registration – $10.00

• Mixed Doubles Pre-registration – $20.00
  Early registration for Mixed Doubles. Ticket price is for a team of two MMS members with 2015 annual membership fee paid.
