MMS Sports 2016- Bowling Tournament

Registration

  • This ticket is for the team of four. Use this ticket type to register a complete team of four.
    Ticket price is for four MMS members. Each member must have paid 2016 annual membership fee.

    Non members shall be required to sign up for New membership by paying fees @ $30 per person in addition to the tournament ticket.
    If any registered person is not 2016 annual fee paid MMS member, he/she must complete the due membership payments before the tournament day.

    The person who registers for this ticket type is considered as the first team member, and his Name and email address should be keyed in for the USer Name, User email. The subsequent three names (all must be MMS 2016 paid members) should be provided in the registration form.
    The ticket price is payable by the registrant.
  • This ticket is for single member out of the team of four. Use this ticket type if the other team members are registering individually.
    Ticket price is for single MMS member with 2016 annual membership fee paid.

    Non members shall be required to sign up for New membership by paying fees @ $30 per person in addition to the tournament ticket.

    If the registered person is not 2016 annual fee paid MMS member, he/she must complete the due membership payments before the tournament day.

This year we will be conducting Bowling tournaments at Kallang Leisure Park, Bowling alley.

Please note the following-

  • 1)    Tournaments are open only to MMS members who have paid the annual fee for 2016. If you have not paid the annual fee you can pay in cash on the tournament day.
  • 2)    Registration will close two days before the actual event.

You can complete event payment during event registration or alternatively send payments to via internet banking in MMS DBS Current Account Number 001-904437-5 and send an email with payment details to treasurer@mmsingapore.org.

    Format of the Game

  • -    Total three games will be played by each team
  • -    Score of all three games will be taken into consideration to decide winning and Runner-up
  • -    Team with child (under 12) and female participant will be given 10 points handicap (added in their score) per game
  • -    Based on three games total score, following team/player will be awarded with trophy
  • o   Team championship (winner and Runner-up team)
  • o   Individual Male highest scorer
  • o   Individual Female highest scorer
  • o   Individual Child Highest Scorer
